The hotels, unfortunately, offered only a limited number of rooms at the prices listed. So, rooms will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you fill in the online registration form as early as possible and by the 1st of July 2025 at the latest. After this deadline, please be informed that prices may change: The hotels will then only offer more rooms – if available – to their market price. After the deadline, you will need to contact hotels directly in order to ask about rates and availability.

Each participant is of course free to book a room in a different hotel independently.

The Hague is the home to the International Court of Justice and various European institutions. It's a multicultural city with a rich history and located close to the beautiful Scheveningen beach.

The Hague has excellent transport connections to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and other European cities.

Travel by train

The Netherlands has an extensive network of railways. The Nederlandse Spoorwegen, or NS, is the Netherlands Railway company and one of the most modern in Europe. Travelling by train has many advantages: trains in the Netherlands are most often on schedule, they are very comfortable and clean and most of the staff speaks English.

The Hague has 6 train stations all offering good connections with other forms of public transportation.

Other public transport

The Hague boasts an excellent public transport system. Over 30 bus and tram lines will take you quickly and safely to your destination in and around The Hague. This page provides handy information on travelling around The Hague hassle-free.

The principle operators of bus, tram and the RandstadRail light rail link services in The Hague region are HTM and HTMbuzz. HTMbuzz also operates several night buses. For information in English on the website of HTM.
